About
I am a Computer Security student at a British University. The purpose of this blog is to document my thoughts, findings and experiments related to Web Application Security and Information Security in general.
I have had a passion for technology since I can remember, information security has always interested me since owning my own Pentium II that I conned my mother into buying me back when I was a wee lad >:). I contribute to various, mostly Web Application Security related, Open Source projects in my spare time.
My main area of interest and experience is in conducting black box Web Application Security Assessments. I do however have some experience in Penetration Testing, Social Engineering, Software Development, Secure Development and many other areas of Information Security.
I have given talks at local ‘geek meets’, OWASP Leeds and I also gave a workshop on DVWA at BruCON 2010. I must admit though that public talking is not my most favorite thing in the world.
Projects I have created and manage:
DVWA
WPScan
WebWordCount
DevBUG

Arrgghhhhh… I was dead set on studying Computer Science, until I found your blog. I might have to change a couple of my UCAS choices now.
